It's called toolman and is in yardley, it's discreetly tucked away in a row of shops, it's on the main A45 cov road, Halfway between Birmingham city centre and the airport there is a mcdonalds on the main road and toolman Is directly opposite it
 
Ruko HSS bits are great quality, as for snips knipex all the way!, didn't know anyone else made snips apart from them;)

Haha i'm sure there are a few toher brands that make snips :D but i thin k i'll be going with knipex as everyone on here seems to be shouting about them haha.
