It's called toolman and is in yardley, it's discreetly tucked away in a row of shops, it's on the main A45 cov road, Halfway between Birmingham city centre and the airport there is a mcdonalds on the main road and toolman Is directly opposite it

Haha i'm sure there are a few toher brands that make snips but i thin k i'll be going with knipex as everyone on here seems to be shouting about them haha.

Dom if you can get to tool man they are only about £17-22 depending on what size your after
