I have that toolbag and am pleased with it. I do not have any of the tools listed tho.
Glancing at the list I would say you may well only be saving around £50. I personally would go for separates. Wera drivers are very good and I could not do without my Bahco ergo sidecutters.

Although I am a big Bosch fan, I would opt for a Makita. They seem to have the edge at this end of the market.

Hope that helps

Thanks but I ended up getting everything Separate from Amazon fairly cheap went for Wera VDE Drivers

just noticed, OP is from liverpool. can't be a proper scouser though, or he'd have nicked all the tools he needs by now. LOL. :laugh3:

Give it a rest eh! ,That Comment wasn't funny the first time it was ever said & Guess what it's still not funny now.

@ john25. i was born and brung up in liverpool. us scousers have the unique ability to laugh at ourselves. from your last comment you sound like a southerner.

Have you decided on drill yet??? Still debating myself? Anyone else see any good online deals???

Yea I ended up getting the Stanley Fatmax 18v Li-On Combi Drill from Argos for a 100 quid it had a lot of good reviews on it.

came with 2 Batteries & a 3yr Warranty. so I can't complain at that price

I had it in my hand today , but set it back down , does seem ok and with so many brands and models , you never know if the kit is new,,, must be 40 types of 18v bosch and makita....

I would buy tools as you need them.
Too easy to get carried away when you have a bit more cash than normal.
As for screwdrivers I always have a set of normal drivers and a set of vde good drivers.
Its amazing how quickly you can damage a set of insulated drivers using them all the time.

Power tools I always buy the best I can afford and stick to one brand then you can add to your collection without the expense of different batteries and chargers.
I buy Dewalt but most of the guys on here seem to swear by makita.

A decent drill will last you years a crappy one will cost you money in the long run.

fancy tool boxes/bags look good but don't make you any money.

decent tools are a necessity not a luxury. Once you take into account the cost of them breaking midway through a job or you having to take longer to do the job because they are not up to it.

Shopping around is worth the effort don't dismiss ebay I've got some cracking deals there over the years.

hope this helps
