Hello all,
Apologies if this is not the right section to post this, but I'm after any help/advice I can get about my upcoming Elesca Competent Person Assessment.
I'm fairly newly qualified, but am a bit rusty as straight from qualifying, I got a job surveying that didn't really require my electrical qualifications.
My job's changed and the company I work for has asked me to be their registered competent person and booked me in for an assessment through Elesca.
I've not gone through a competent persons assessment before, so am totally unaware of what's going to be in it.
Obviously I'm aware that in order to be a Spark, we'll all do these regularly for whichever scheme your with. However, I also know that each scheme does the assessment in their own way.
What would really help is any generic advice about preparing & going through an assessment, plus any specific advice as to what Elesca do and what they like to see.
Any and all advice, very much appreciated.
Kev
