Non latching RCD socket

Hi, i currently have a non latching RCD socket in my kitchen but there is no way of turning it off via the fusebox, but the problem is that over the past couple weeks its started to buzzing and seems to get louder and louder and i was wondering what i can do about it, as it doesnt work anymore.

ANy help will be great.
