correct .Looks like TNS, sheath used as earth
ThanksI would assume that the neutral would’ve been identified on a new head. Would still say TN-S

Looks like was TN-S but it now may have a link to the neutral to form a TN-C-S come TN-S.
If you've got TN-S, why add? I'd like to know what's gone on with the earthing system as a whole. Why 'neutral' the incoming cable sheath?Aye that's right. Northern powergrid have been doing heads this way round here for a couple of years now.
