Have been searching the net but can't find much info. What works are notifiable when working on a commercial premises?

I am doing work at moment at Dudsbury golf course Dorset and trust me the maintenance guys have worked on and done things to installation there you would not believe, that has multiple 3 phase supplies coming in and they are fools.

Still cannot believe any fool can try to wire a 3 phase factory but needs to be regulated to add onto a circuit in someones home
Well come on man! Everyone knows that that 3 phase stuff is nowhere near as dangerous as the electrickery in a hoose :) The stuff that some of the guys on here have posted about pfft probably my grandson could do it. High voltage....I blow my nose in your general direction

If it's dangerous it's your responsibility now you are aware of the problems to report it to the HSE and stop these fools as you say tampering with electrical work. The part P scam was to bring domestic in line with commercial/industrial which has been regulated for years and years and years

BTW You may have my original quote wrong I meant to say I am surprised they feel the need to regulate electricians (or wanna be,s) in only the domestic sector which is surely the easiest to get right.

I was there to sort other things and now to do what needs to be done, and if I was to then go running to HSE I would not get any more work from a closed down company would I. What would be handy was if I could go to an electrical governing body as I could IF done in a home by a regulated company.

What do you think the EAWR are for, never mind, ignore them if you can get some more work.
