Nylon snap in bush

Any one know a supplier of these? looking for 25mm and 20mm as have a few new builds that are all metal portioning...Fed up of using grommets. cheers

Sdproducts do snap bushings, but a 20 mm hole is narrowed considerably. Out of interest do you use a punch to make holes, or holesaw I've been looking for a plier like tool as the metal is so thin a holesaw makes a poor opening.

Normally use a holesaw but the Armeg acceler8 or starrett equivalent.

we used to get ours from eddies Lee, I hate cutting 25mm holes in sheet metal. Best to let the apprentice get showered in hot metal and swarf when cutting above head

sometimes they skid about on metal stud if you don't drill perfectly vertical the holes then gash. Plus when drilling down through metal through the floor to joist downstairs their useless. Starrett holesaw works better plus you can throw the hot disc's at the apprentice.

Always use an automatic punch for locating with no skid haven't really tried Starret holesaw. But the stepping drill has the advantage of a really smooth deburred hole on plastic as well as metal. But the bit about the apprentice.... yeh I can see that.
