Went to do a CU change on behalf of Wickes Kitchens. Whilst changing the unit i notice no CPC on the lighting and metal fixtures and switches everywhere and also came across a borrowed neutral issue also. Client has agreed for a lighting rewire to include some LED downlights. Had to feel bad for the old couple as the house is immaculate and perfectly decorated the kitchen was the last job to be done and they werent expecting this additional cost. Anyone else feel bad giving people bad news like this?

The Med is basically all EU, so you can pretty much be sure where the carton's have come from. In China, buy from the big reputable supermarkets, many being western owned and again you can be pretty sure what your buying. Not sure about their home brewed stuff, those i have tried from others offering, i would say resemble the old Capstan full strength!! ....lol!!

In Cyprus a typical 25 pk costs around 3.80 Euros. In China, around a 1 Pound 50p for a typical 20 pk western brand, and less for the home make brands....

in UK a packet of 20 is typically £6.50, £4 of this is tax. diesel is 90p tax per litre, and the buggers want me to pay income tax as well? stroll on.
