Thx for letting me know reading the requirements for the grant as the client is moving to this property, I don't think they qualify for the grant.

As I understand it the grant's only worth 75% up to a max of £500 incl VAT) so I wonder how people can do a professional job for the price unless the client contributes more than the maximum grant.
