Just heard back from a customer, on the MCS cert I have entered net capacity as 8000, as in 8000kW. of course it should be 8kW.
Any advice on the best course of action.
last application, first ever mistake, oops!!

really quick and easy to change, log on edit cert and new one emailed to client

Unfortunately I to have made this error (More than once!!)

Never been an issue with FIT.

nice one, thanks for the info.
I think I managed to change it. I just clicked on administration, then on the relevant cert and it let me change ther details. just waiting to here from the customer if it has arrived.

A tip for you is to put your own email into the box and get it emailed to you. you can then check it before sending it on and you alos know that it has arrived.

Exactly what I do, certs through me then to customer.........I then have a copy to put in the handover pack too....

Whilst commissioning a domestic installation for a customer who was cought out by a firm going bust I mistakenly recorded the system as 3 KWP and not 4kwp. Brain wave! From reading the above I have easily edited the MCS certificate my worry now is: would Scottish power flag up inconsistencies in generation figures? If we needed to correct the declared capacity with them would the customer be downgraded to the current tariff in the process? Any advise would be appreciated
