A typical parking notice is like this one below...



Anyway, whilst at the solicitors this morning, I couldn't help but notice the carefully worded notice in the carpark, it was very legally solicitor worded. See below

Well it hasn't been tested in a court of law yet but we do know of a fair few instances of parking ticket goons who have looked at it, scratched their heads, radio'd their gaffer for advice and then walked away from it and that's good enough a success.

I remember watching a scottish fella on youtube talking to two cops. He referred to himself as john son of david, and he couldn't recognise any agents of the crown and he was "independent" of british law.

Are you in to that. Does it work? Some boys and me were watching the videos, we didn't think that it would fly in the north of ireland, our local constabulary are always armed and speeches of not recognising the legitimacy of the state would probably have you lifted as a dissident :ninja:

im intreaged about it, just not brave enough to give it a try! my work mates are really into it. it certainly puts another dimension on the outlook. sheeple.

I gave it a go once when rather inebriated and having to explain why I was draining some second hand beer into a bush. After about 15 minutes of me asking whether or not I was obliged to give my details or accept any paperwork and under what laws, I got the cuffs slapped on and was informed I could be given a night in the cells for the alleged offence. I decided on balance it was best to take the ticket and get some more beer down me neck.
