Having a driving licence is a ticket to a whole world of freedom and in our trade, WORK. Once you get a car/van just watch how your life changes.

ps. I've just employed my first full time electricians mate. Doody you will get on with him like an house on fire. Great young man, same age as you btw.

Well done on your test, Doody.

Driving round Bradford in an old yellow Austin Metro aged 17 was one of the happiest times of my life. Enjoy the freedom (once you get a car sorted) and stay safe.

A bit late posting this, but congrats mate! Let us know what car you decide to get!!! Mine was a little 106 haha, had a few since then and cars is probably the second on the list to what I plow money into like a man man
