Pay slip template

Hi All,

Going to be using some subbys in the coming weeks, just wondering if anyone has an excel payslip template that I could change/ use.

And what info needs to be on it (i.e. gross pay, tax deducted, tax payed to HMRC, CIS number etc etc)
