hi i have Sensor what i wont to wire to some lights on my Sensor it says L1 WHITE CABLE L BROWN L1 BLACK N BLUE which wires are live going in which are the ones for my lights

Have you a name or model of this sensor .....as there seems to be quite a few L connections ...so they must do different things.

it is a out door sensor it does not have a name on it i do not no were to put my live wires and my wires from my lights

I'm not even sure what he as there to be honest ....................I was just wondering if one of those L was an actual earth, then the other 2 L would be LINE and S/LINE

You normally have a live and neutral supply to power the PIR and then a live switched by the PIR. The other live could be an over ride??? ot as you said Malcolm could be the earth.

Really need more info.... Make?

Agree... but it's sounding like 2 switched lives???? Unless I've missed something?
