That one looks rather small to me. We had a pf unit over 12 foot high with a steel mesh fence around it, although I have handled, not live!, capacitor banks the size of 12 pack cat food cans and they are getting smaller...

You should expect the pfu to adjust to around 0.93 lead/lag. It gets more interesting if you attempt to get close to unity
 
If you look in a modern unit you’ll be amazed at the small size of the capacitors. I put three units in a few years back and the actual capacitors would be about the size of two big dog food tins. These units had eight capacitors in the cabinet and were rated at 250KVAr, drawing near 400A. A bit different to the first ones I fitted, 55KVAr, they weighed ½ a ton each.
