, bit like a sat nav then...taking the fun out of it, dumbing it down and making us dependent on their product!

But why not, i totally agree their is no right or wrong way to do it.

Hi Guys,

Just to introduce ourselves, we are the UK's leading MCS Certification Support company and we offer award winning MCS Accreditation support and Bespoke Quality Management Systems. We provide each installer we a personal MCS Mentor to train and mentor through the entire MCS Process.

If anyone requires any help or advice please dont hesitate to get in touch.

I have just subscribed to TQMS on line via a company called pclip, you need to register with them, they take care of everything and all documents are on line. They do a online demo with you. Cost is depending on how big your company is and you have to sign a NDA before you get the demo.

Have you got the new database? How is it performing? I'm waiting for my demo but itching to get on with it now!

Hi SRE:

If you need any assistance with your QMS, we will be more than happy to assist you in the process we can also offer discount with the leading certification bodies when applying for your assessment.

please do not hesitate to contact us with any queries you have.

Thanks for the offer, have already got certification and provided consultancy to several firms going through the process. What everyone needs is a less labour intensive method of managing the physical paperwork and I think Ive found at least one solution.

I thought you said you were going to stop jumping on all the threads now you had your sticky at the top of the forum???

Hi SRE,

Glad to hear you have found a solution and i hope everything goes well in the future with your mcs accreditation.

We have had a very good response to the sticky thread but thought we may of been able to assist on this particular point as this is our main focus.

Am I missing something here..? I don't see the the thread relating to the last post?

No confusion - I got fed up with being offered something I haven't asked for and don't want. No idea why it's been removed it wasn't offensive but I was annoyed enough to spell it all out in upper case. IN fact it was a lot less offensive than being constantly bombarded with mugs (binned) emails and posts by Easy MCS.

NO doubt this post wil be removed because I've had the gall to criticise a sponsor :)

SRE - We are sorry for sending you a FREE mug we were un-aware this would causes you such frustration, and can I also note that we did not offer you further support following comment no:24 on this thread I simply congratulated you on gaining mcs accreditation and noted that we feel we may of been some assistance for others in this thread.

If you would like to be removed from our mailing list you can simply click un-subscribe on the bottom of the e-mail this is similar for all e-mails of this type not just from Easy MCS.

Hi, can you tell what the solution is you have found? I'm not that great with paperwork and I have been searching for an easier way than the paper manual. Don't seem to find anything advertised other than the EMCS route. Thanks :)

I can't get it to run past 7 mins - we're in the sticks with a slow connection. I get the principle but when is it going to be ready?

It's late, you can't get it to run past 7 mins, there's no dialogue.

I thought QMS meant Quality Management System, how do you select this supplier based on their perfromace to date - do they rate as a quality supplier?

Would they pass an ISO 9001 audit, would you entrust your whole business data to them, what consequential loss warranty and insurance do they provide?

What happens to your data if their system goes down?

Who are they? Where are they based? PaperClip Project Workflow » MCS Made Easier No contact details, apart from a phone number that could divert to Mumbai for all I know.

We must be looking at different websites, i just clicked the link YOU provided,

I see the video as 30mins, the company name is on the bottom footer of the web page, Iv had a real life demo of this software a few weeks ago and im waiting for enrolment next week. I expect to be using their software from monday.

To be fair to these guys their biggest customer is a worldwide electrical distributor, however your points are valid but I think it would be more appropriate to ask the question to them rather than speculating.

more to the point they dont sound like they are from Mumbai LOL!
