That's what Tanesco have done. Got a TT system with L2 & L3 in G&Y and a bare Neutral.

No such luck. The suppliers just wanted us to refer to European standards. I think it was a request that hadn't been made before at the time and they just let us work to what we knew.
We documented our work to BS 7671 but pulled out and/or in the IEC regs would could find for the continent.
