Rating a 3 phase AC Isolator

Chaps,

10kWp system going into an SMA Tripower 10000 TL; the inverter's manual states it has a max AC output current of 16A.

Can you advise on how to calc the required AC isolator's rating?

Hm, yes, I think I may have answered me own question within the question!

What weirded me out was that a 25A 4 pole isolator is rated at "4000 W". But then I realised the 4000W is also per pole.
