thank for your sometimes humorous replies guys ,,,Keep pulling yer wire

Well.... you could argue that if the install was done to the 15th regs and no outdoor use of sockets, then its OK...... until you want any extra sockets!

You cant tell what is a joke and what is serious nowadays with the competence of some who hold the Electrician title so in respect its easy to catch people out all down to the sad state of the industry :/

Just TT the whole flat, your earth electrode connection is that nice, flat copper strap, running vertically past all the bedroom windows...:conehead:

He's going to need a bloody heavy extension lead to overcome the volt drop,12 floors down to hoover his car, getting 2.5 flex into a plug top is going to be a nightmare.lol

Ohhh thats easy! Even seen 2.5mm cable in a 13a plug top! If you think it...Then it can be done! lol

Duraplug. 13 A plugs are designed for 2.5mm flex.

If you need bigger make a 13A to 16A commando adaptor, then a 16A lead with a 16 to 13 adaptor at the other end.

Or you could hire from us, we've got adaptors that can get you from 13A up to 125A commando and even 400A powerlock if you need
