Absolutely ive worked and lived in chester, and there was quite a few monkeys who couldnt do the same either, but wasnt sure if they were from the zoo or the housing estate,,,,just saying

This reminds me of a house I was at around 8 months ago. The mad old fella that lived there wanted all the cct cables untangling and tidying up as they were in a right old mess. He said they had always been like that.
At the time I was puzzled as to why they were in such a mess. That was until I found out off the plasterer that the old fella had moved the intake, meter and DB six feet across the hallway in one fell swoop. Supply fed from overhead lines into house through loft. I reckon he must have had to rotate it through 360 degrees to get it to the new position.
As soon as I found out what happened I walked. Cant be doing with lying customers.
