Hi - just looked at a job to rewire a 3 bed semi detached (Wimpey) house - I'd like to know what people are quoting as I gave what I thought was a reasonable price and they've gone for a much cheaper option which I don't think is possible. Thanks, Rich. :shocked3:

Also depends on the age of the house to an extent, some of the old victorian jobbies have extensions on the kitchen with solid (and inaccessible ceilings).

tell me about it. we're in the process of having a small extn. built and her indoors wants soffit downlights on a PIR as well as internal lights, sockets, etc. and iv'e got to do it for free. :artist:
