Hello out there!

Does anybody have any suggestions as to the earthing techniques for a satellite base station?
The system i have been looking at has a lightning suppresion system to protect the computers and has used the structural steel as a source of earthing.
The problem is in the distribution board, the previous installers have used a 3core 6.0mm armoured(single phase supply) cable fed from another building the base station(a small potacabin!)
They have terminated the core used as the main cpc into the neutral bar along with the core used as the neutral.
I will be checking the main intake of the building this supply is coming from to check the connections in the main distribution board and carrying out the relevant tests.
My question is, is there anywhere i can get any information on the style of earthing systems used on satellite or mobile phone base station?
The Regs deal with mobile or transportable units (717) and caravan/camping parks (708) which is neither one or the other, any advice would be helpful
