shower downlighter slowly dropping off problem

A few years ago i fitted some shower downlighters. These downlighters have a twist on cover to prevent steam going through.

The problem i had with these is that some of my customers have said they been dropping of sometimes. I go there twist them back on but it seems they slowly twist back off and drop off.

I have fitted some which screw on instead of twist on and had no problem with them.

Its just that i dont know where to get them anymore. Everyone seem to have twist on which i dont trust anymore.

The Electric centre Solihull do them, so do BEW had some last week.

Some I had were fire rated and they were £6.80 also had some IPX for a bathroom they were around the £9 mark. But might be a bit more as get discount.
