Sidecutters

Which sidecutters do you use, i ask as i bought a pair of Bahco high leaverage cutters a few months back which now seize up constantly pretty poor for the money they cost (£30), just wondering if anyone has a favourite brand they have found good a reliable?

had a set of klauke drivers till was working on a site with a plumber. that's the last i saw of them. thieving little scroat, but i know where he lives and i heard last week he'd just had a new van.........

ck croppers are good, just dont cut steel with them

as mentioned by others knipex are arguably the best , however at nearly £30 for a set of 7" 1000v vde sidecutters they're just not worth the cost imo.

yeah...i`v seen them a few times....
i use a mix generally...got some CK...some NWS....and various drivers..
got some CK modulos....dont like them..the ends are weak

i had some cutters given once....dont know where they came from but christ they were truely awful....you had to kind of `gnaw` your way through owt over 2.5....
threw `em over the wall after a while....

Can't believe no-one has mentioned WIHA side cutters, got a really good comfortable feel, stay sharp.
would deffo recommend them

The second ones are the nuts.

I've got both and can say, it they ever break, or get nicked, they're all I would consider again.

Knipex are expensive but built to last I like the look and feel of NWS tools as well
