Don't see the point in going on holiday somewhere colder than Newcastle?

I try to ski at least twice a year, 3 times if I can afford the time away. I'm skiing in Meribel in December and Val D'isere in February. I might see about a last minute trip late April. Massive discounts when you phone up on the Friday about a weeks skiing on the Monday!

I use a company called Alpine Elements for European skiing as they've always looked after me. Got me right out of the preverbial once when trapped due to an avalanche (not literally, just the village only had one way in and the road was out). Couldn't sing their praises enough.

Always go for the all in deals too! Free wine with dinner, keeps me a very happy man!

I used to ski every week, I got asked if I was interested in instructor training at one point, I did a couplr then couldn't carry on because of other comitments.

im gutted now thinking back it was only £40 odd a month.

im a bit out of practice now
