Is this possible and what hardware is needed ? I'm installing in a new build and want to run the cables in.

you need a quattro LNB at the dish, 4 coax back to a central point. If you want to allow for sky plus at all points you need two satellite points at each position so you would need a satellite multiswitch with at least 18 outputs. Wire back 2 cables from each point to the multiswitch position. Also consider if there is going to be an aerial for freeview, if so allow another coax at each tv point back to a central point and install a tv splitter unit also.

If you use a multi switch you will often find they allow for dual sky feeds, terrestrial TV and fm/dab inputs on one unit, you can then run all of this down two cables too each TV point where you can have a quad plate that will give you 4 desperate outputs for satellite, TV and radio

I've got a similar situation got 6 sky plus points, I've run two shotgun coaxs to dish position then a single shotgun to each point plus two cat5 so all i need is to place the multiswitch with in that ?
