Sky tv, airel, cat 5 new build

Just been to look at a few snagging jobs on a new build that original electrician cant get back to for a friend.
They have a office which has bt phone line in, cat 5 to every tv, and hdmi to living room tv. Aerial points to every tv from central point in loft.
Now they asked if sky box was in office how do they change channel as remote won't reach through walls.
Are we been daft or is there a simple way to do this.
I don't have anything to do with tv, internet etc so I said I'd ask.

Is that something you just plug into tv. No I sound thick but go no ideas with this type of stuff. Dissent really interest me.

Sky q uses bluetooth remotes and has no RF output so you can’t use a magic eye. Is there a coax at the main TV position with the cat5 and hdmi?

If it’s normal sky rather than Q then you could use the cat5 and use IR over cat 5 extenders. You could use hdmi over cat 5 with IR control like these https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01E4YN...=9045058&hvtargid=pla-410514144914&th=1&psc=1 these are normally cheaper than just IR extenders for some reason.
