Snickers trousers true to size?

Gonna be ordering some 3212 duratwill online. Not owned any before and can't try them on first. Are the waist sizings accurate on them?

Also check if there is a shrinkage percentage allowed for. My cooltwill haven't shrunk at all but the duratwill seems to have.

I have 2 pairs of the duratwill, they will keep their size if you dont tumble dry them like I did with one pair!
