I have had some of the scruffs ones and found that the crotch to waist length is not long enough, and the knee pads are a right bugger to get in

tried several sources for snickers or similar. not one supplier has any with leg length under 31". pony.

i have bought online before and ordered monday night delivered couple days later, recently bought a pair had to order in for short leg at my local stockist came next day

I'm going to be a yes to snickers also, best workwear i've had. the cheaper ones look the same but the knee pads are never in the right place, there either too high or low and never last the same.

ermmm

YEP! i have 4x pairs of plain black Duratwill Trousers and 1x pair of the Grey/Blacks. im an unusual Size (33w & 35L) so have to order mine and got them through my local CEF at £50 per pair.

I also have a load of their Jumpers and hoodies etc.

Its all brilliant stuff and i definately do not regret the outlay. The Trousers look like new after every wash... :)

Mine ripped, so I bought some scruffs for half the price and they're much better. Wouldn't buy snickers again.
Noticed alot of tradesmen switching to scruffs recently.

FANTASTIC!!!!

Thanks Eoin

Never knew you did workwear........ Slap my wrist!!

Don't forget the guy that founded snickers is also a fellow sparks. I have bought the trousers for many years cant fault them, tried other makes but non are as comfy IMO. Have now got the holster ones which are great if your doing loads of clipping/fixing as pockets will hold all the stuff you need. Just need to remeber to empty pockets out before washing!!!!!!

i think snickers are the best around but I find running around a 3 storey house with tools and bits in my pockets is a pain and they are quite heavy in warm weather as has been said, but I have had a pair for 3 years and just got a second pair, my missus says I look very fit in them, so I'm wearing the all the time hehe:p

i've had my snickers for 2 years now, worn every day and still plenty of wear left in them, they are getting a little thread bare, like holes in pockets and on seams, but will keep wearing them until either my arse is hanging out or they come out of the washing machine in bits, then i may just get the sewing machine to them as they are so comfortable.

got some Apache work trousers have the price of snickers, lasted 2 months before buttons and press studs fell off and not as comfortable either.

i was very disappointed when i went to order another pair recently and found they didn't do the model i had, so had to get another model, there OK but not as comfy as my old ones, so there on stand by for when my arse does start hanging out!
