Something wrong.. can’t trace fault

Went to look at this shower today. Customer says it’s not heating up.

Tried everything, and I can’t find the problem......

Can anyone suggest what could be wrong??

elderly customers very happy with me going out on a Saturday to replace this. Extra £25 on the cheque, so happy happy!

This thing went with a bang, fire brigade and paramedic as the old lady got a lungful of black smoke.

The neutral looks to be the culprit here.

Damn it. I saw the title and who posted and thought this’ll be a good one. If LS cant find it.

I couldn’t tell if the terminal was loose as it’s completely welded. Lucky there was enough cable in the wall to pull down.
