If the CPC has been sleaved as that I think it's more than a mistake.

All existing wiring is surface clipped, so I had been asked to chase out and flush it in. The client has now accepted my recommendation to change the two way switching wiring and also re route (with new) wiring in loft so he board it.
Effectivaly a partial re-wire now.

ikr feed at both 2way switches, switch wire at 1 switch, then a t+e between for strappers picking up intermediates

the feed at 1 end is obviously not used and terminated into a connector

I could of taken a picture of the green and yellow sleeved earth in the common of the 2 way switch, but that would of been too easy
