Shower circuit to a Two way box in loft/ cupboard, there's your room and protection....maybe even your shower isolator depending on how you do it. Did something similar when a customer wanted a extractor fan to only come on with the shower isolator once

If it's a new shower circuit I would of run a new 1.0mm with it (as these wetroom jobs never have a good existing installation or a customer wanting it made safe) anyway but occasionally the need for something imaginative comes to light, even if it's maybe not the best way in the world to do it

If you are forward fusing less than 3M, then 1.5mm CSA is the smallest allowed, if not used for lighting.
