So taking into account volt drop I would have to use 20a device Ie volt drop = 11x 20x43divided by 1000 = 9.46volts which is under the 5% allowed would you agree lads and that's me last post tonight going to watch the boxing thanks for your help
well if your calcs are borderline and high loads may be expected from the sockets theres nothing actually stopping you from using 6mm other than an extra ÂŁ20 in cable.
well you can run 6mm from the the cu to the first socket which is 28mtrs itself - having a 2.5 cpc for the longest section will bring your Zs right down ;-)
