Strangest find in an attic?

Once I was in an attic and I came across a 6ft racing snake!! :-/! Scary stuff!!

one of my strangest one was in the good oll north east. The Queens in Jarrow to be precise.

up in the old loft was a clump of cushions and at the side of them was some items that take batteries and a pile of papers with funny pictures of sorts on. at the other end was something like a hang mans wooden structure with the rope and the lot????? I do not have a clue what the hell went on up there

i found alot of this really itchy yellow stuff and some boxes.............some empty, some full of crap.......................just like my loft i thought!!!!!
oh....................and a big wasps nest which i thought was an old 70's paper lampshade until i disturbed it.......................i got out quick sharp and shut the hatch and apologised for disturbing them......to the owners that is.............had to go back 2 days later where i was informed that the owners had been stung 3 times before calling out the pro's!!!

Funny should mention firearms was doing a job in a hairdressers, went to pick my driver up off the floor in the little mains cupbrd and noticed something in all the muck n dust, turned out it was an old rifle bullet, still live as well. Put it in my toolbag and forgot about it. Few weeks later remembered and took it to show my old man he reckoned it must have been from a magazine fed gun because of the grooves down the shell casing. Any way very next day was up in a loft thought oh aye whats that noticed rifle butt sticking out from an old sheet, low n behold old bolt action rifle.

A mate of mine once found a tommy tank magazine from the 1920s!!!!! He was installing a loft light for an elderly neighbour at the time. Apprently her nephew wanted to store some stuff up there.

Doing a rewire for an old couple, she was lovely and handy with the kettle, he unfortunately was bedridden. In the loft we found a large box of old sixteen mm cine reels all featuring naked ladies and some farm animals plus a stack of photographs which were of a blow up doll wearing various uniforms. In the background of the pictures was the large front room window of the house we were working in.

The missus told us that her husband used to use the loft for his photography hobby and now that he was incapacitated she would have to get someone round to clear the loft out. Me and my mate spent our lunch break trying to decide if we should tell her what was up there. Chickened out.
