A 10mm socket, the six sided variety (not the 12 point type) fits, the type with a thin wall, Iam led to believe. :innocent:
 
These don't fit.. The triangle is 8mm the same as every other service box key.

Lamp posts need a bigger key not sure if its 10mm??

I don't need them for posts on the streets, it's private car parks etc.... I've got a big car park to maintain, 25 posts...

Ha, they replaced all the streetlights around us a few years back with great big ones.
Now most of them now have nearly half of the lamp cover taped over with black tape to stop that, cutting out half the light.
They were fine before, what a farce and waste of money.
