supplementary bonding in new bathroom on rcd

Do you need to supp bond in a new bathroom if its all on an RCD?

Three conditions have to be meet for supplementary bonding not to be required
1. Main Bonding must be in place (10mm to gas + water etc)
2. All circuits in bathromm must be Rcd portected
3. disconection times must be met (ie zs is within limits for protective device)
