When you carry out an eicr, you are not applying the regulations. You are reporting on the condition of the installation against current regulations.
If a installation was done after 2008 ie 17th edition rcd protection 10mm to water and gas 16mm main earth then no bonding is required am I right prior to 2008 bonding supplementary bonding is required and any installations that don't comply you code and report appropriately

Just picking up on this, is this right? I've got a dirty great pad of PIR forms left which I was assuming were now redundant.
