I wondered about the online monitoring, no structural survey that I can see I suppose that's a bit of a saving if you're willing to take the risk - also think it's maybe not such a good idea to have the link :-)

arse. I can't even find fault with the examples on their website, looks like they know what they're doing...

so it appears I was right about the sort of price competition we're going to be facing around here, and not just from chancers.

It can be achieved, but depends on size of business and overheads. I have priced it using a well known supplier and it works, beats rewires. But its tight. no room for error or new mains

I suspect it's still the 21p rate, which tbf we've still got on our website, though I'm about to sort that out.

We're NAPIT also and structural survey is a requirement if they're not doing them they'll have to from next inspection if they're still going.

I object to the term 'experts' being used so often in marketing. This is an alarm company as far as i can tell, what makes them PV experts?

Have none of you got anything else better to do? It's my website, it's my company. I have posted the odd time on here myself so it's no secret. The price and product model works well for us and is good value for customers.

We do complete structual surveys on all work, include an EPC, we do include a 10 yr insurance backed warranty and on the online monitoring is via OWL Intuition. As of today we are updating our site so yes some references may still exist to the 21p rate but on the whole we are making good progress in updating this.

Any more questions? (probably regret asking that lol)

Maybe you could share your secret to pricing - I'm clearly doing something wrong cos I can't get anywhere near those prices and like everyone else on here I'd like to be able to get near that for our customers .....

and maybe setting up an airline can only be done by Pilots

Well there is a window company in Birmingham doing solar that's the reasoning for my comments
They made it too easy for other firms to get involved who say they are experts when they are not and they don't understand it all they understand is there profit margines

Your going to have to switch to polys mate to offer them prices
