terminating tt tails

Hello what is the (proper) way to terminate SWA tails into amendment 3 metal consumer unit, & its s type time delay protection at meter cabinet on a TT system. Fair size new build so C.U is about 12 mtrs from cabinet. (Excuse if I've left any details out.).

piranha nut or you can use a fuseboard backbox.

wylex make a backbox so you can gland your swa into that and mount the board over it.

Hi davesparks, understand that earthing a metal enclosure is basic provision but with regards to CU and TT set up and the new 3rd amd not quite so convinced, other contributors suggestion more helpful.

The metal enclosure and the armour still must be earthed on a TT system.

i would only supply end though and not with an rcd. (if its spn and 3c swa)

RCD is irrelevant, the enclosure and the armour need to be earthed
