The good news

Morning lads,

For those of you who are aware i have been enduring a long and exasperating court case with a non-payer. Anyway, the good news is.......I won!!!

The bugger has to pay the full amount due, minus £300 for the ceiling repair which i conceded to pay the day my colleague put his foot through it! So I am not at all upset about that.

I am not concerned anymore about posting this in the public sector, should he wish to troll the internet and see it, he will simply highlight the fact to him he needs to get back out in his taxi, and earn my damn money!!! haha.

The judge ruled in summary, he was a total plonker and had no case at all, the reasons for non-payment were total farces and i should be awarded the total sum of £1995 minus the money for the re-plastering of the ceiling.

So happy happy days, justice can be served after all

A big thanks to everyone who has supported me through this, and sat through my endless whinging

Hope he pays, but you can then go for enforcement if not.

Well.....if i was judge, thats what i would have written, so consider it artistic license....

I would have been out for blood if i got any other result however, i cannot see a feasible way on earth, that he would have been awarded any money off his bill. Anywho.

It's buried now, just looking forward to counting my cash.... then filling out tax return. chore
