I've just finished 1st fix on a kitchen lighting rewire with a few socket removals and changes.
The property is modern so has dot and dab walls.
We've cut neat chases down where we need to and clipped the cables for the plasterer to fill in.
The couple have just had a kitchen guy in to quote for fitting and he said that all the cables MUST be in capping and if there not when they try to sell there house the mortgage surveyor will "fail the electrics" , it took me an hour to stop laughing, honestly where do these clowns get there info !!!

now we're putting cpc in the cage. where will it end? her indoors says that with the amount of gear i've got stashed in the garage, she's going to put me in a squirrel cage.

My 6 year old god son says things like that.

Jeez i'm only having bit of crack, said from someone with a nice avatar of himself wearing a kids hat!

T'was super spark Glenn who started all the 'banter', well all he was really doing was interfearing with what i asked meridian not him with regards to his install.

All's i was saying was bugger off to him, i still don't think anyone including himself has worked that one out yet tbh!

What a twonk!

I am a fully qualified spark (granted not a super dooper spark like yourself), i don't think i'll ever reach the great heights of yourself but i strive to learn as much as i can within my trade. (Your never too old to learn unless your called Glennspark of course)!

I have not posted as much as you on here, probably will not ever reach that pinnacle either but i find your attitude as a senior member quite awful tbh.

If you bother to check back on this thread you poked your nose into something i asked Meridian.

I got my answer as i was curious thats all!

I didn't ask for your help as i didn't need any thanks.

I ask admin to shut this thread down do you just want to pm me Glenn?
