It's an experiment, so no real purpose!!

The system as shown in pic#2, will leave the main panel (if that's what it is) without any means of personal protection, as would be offered by a suitably sized RCD(s)

I would expect this set to be standalone, where the main installation would be suitably protected elsewhere....

Always get a bit edgy when I try and join in the conversation with the 'big boys'!! , but am I being too picky by saying shouldn't the Ze be 200 or less? looks like its 244.

I would agree for RCD protected circuits, but then the rating of the VOELB has a maximum allowance of 500 Ohms.
