How is the armoured going to be glanded off ?
At a guess, into the steel trunking above the board.
In the flat consumer unit end?
Looking closer at the photo of the flat end. It's not glanded, just taped up.

Based on what I’ve seen so far, I’m very surprised that the submains have been wired in SWA
I’m not a fan of binding cores in miles of insulating tape , it looks very amateur imo
A bit of 4mm 6mm colour sleeve would look the bizz
I prefer a single band of tape near the end of the conductor, or heatshrink.
