I bet they are but they dont state that the screwdrivers are VDE Tested

It's probably safer to assume any cheaper "insulated electricians" screwdrivers ARE NOT VDE or to that standard..
I see they've included the "electricians" neon screwdriver... you get in every bleeding set.... When are the going to outlaw these dangerous devices!!!!

but they do have their place. really useful for poking apprentices. must say i used one now and then in the past, before volt sticks were invented, and never had a shock off one.

But that said it looks a good set to start with, it costs less than one of my adjustable spanners.

Just smash the neon tester!
