I agree with that , It's a hard road. I bought off the vans on site on ticky:frown: when I started .Dear but good.

A few months back I mentioned to my wife that I needed a new pair of snips and that I'd be nipping to the wholesalers at the weekend. I rang her the following day at lunch time, as you do, she said she had been to pick them up for me. I askedher where she got themexpecting to hear the name of our local guys but got answered with Wickes, intrigued I asked her how much she paid. ÂŁ6.50 was the answer.
Blunt after the first few cuts. "stolen" the following day, Knippex pair bought the following saturday

Take a look at: www.sparksdirectsupplies.co.uk they have some pretty good prices.
I just bought a set of Kewtechnik insulated drivers from them for ÂŁ14 + VAT most other places are charging ÂŁ25-30 + for them. Had my last set of Kewtech drivers for nearly 9 years also on ebay ther'es a seller doing Kewtech pliers & cutters for ÂŁ3.50 a pair. Forgot to mention, you get a 10% discount on your first order & free shipping over ÂŁ50.

if you go to screwfix and go in via the electrifix/plumbfix entrance, you can sign up for a trade card as long as you take qualifications to prove your a qualified sparky, its similar to a screwfix membership card exept you get better discounts on electrical products

Had a nice delivery today, i ordered the Kewtech pliers / cutters from the seller on ebay yesterday ÂŁ3.50 a pair & ÂŁ2.20 carriage & they arrived this afternoon, all brand new jus dusty from storage.
