best thing is that you can buy extra bits or replacements if you damage one.

That’s a good idea, also changing the heads is a great idea rather than trying to find all different screwdrivers. I may swap the slimline for them and just buy them.

I would say it is more about the bits than the torque of the drill. I use high quality Fisch auger bits for drilling out mortices and peg holes...
