finally home now after a long --- day.
went in for 8am and literally sat around for most of the day.
went down to theatre at 4pm and went back up to the ward at 6. I'm now home and enjoying some food at last.hadnt eaten since 6.30 yesterday evening!
All went well you'll be glad to hear. I'm now in discomfort rather than pain and suspect tomorrow will hurt like a bitch.
so, how was everybody else's day? ☺

Well when I left hospital last night, I was in little pain . anaesthetic still obviously hadn't worn off. But between 4+5 this morning was fooking agony. Most of today has been spent sitting on my arse watching tv and having the odd snooze at weird times of the day . currently sitting on sofa watching crap tv with the mrs and in quite a bit of pain.
I'll spare you all some nasty photos, but trust me.it looks horrible!
I have attached 2 pics of me in hospital though.
