See i told you!! lol!! Sometimes it pay's to complain, especially in the service industry/sectors!!If your that worried, ...a letter to the Manager, and a copy to the head office might get someone stirring in doing their job!! ..Might even get you a free night too!! lol!!

What are you supposed to do now then? Just poke your head round the corner, estimate how many appliances there are and charge accordingly @ 50p per item?.the new scheme now does not even use stickers with dates on them anymore....
