I replaced an old triple switch for a light/fan/heater combo in my bathroom with a Leviton triple rocker switch. There is one common connector on one side and 3 switched connections on the opposite side. The top switch works fine but the bottom two switches only seem to get power when the top switch is turned on. Does that make any sense? With the old switch the common for each switch was connected by a jumper on the back of the switch and each switch worked independently.

I think I accidentally wired the live to the switched side of the first switch. Old wiring and didn't have a tester so I was just trying to copy what was on the old switch. Will check for actual live today when I get my hands on a meter.

Should just need to take live from the first switch to the other two switches, sounds a fairly simple fix. Pics would be handy.
