True, but how often do you connect anything to the LV tails before the N→E link?

Thanks guys for all your views and help, I've been desperately trying to find a rcd main switch for my Schneider i line panelboard , finding one to be told it wont find as its 4 pole and the bus-bar is 3pole , then calling there technical to say they just dont do that anymore, does anyone have any ideas on how to fit 300ma RCD protection with 95mm tails going through them before going into my I line panel. as im really trying to satisfy SEC because they told be it has to be done before they will connect.
